Sodexo engaged factfour to create a remote hospitality eCommerce solution that can be replicated across each independent camp.
Remote eCommerce Solution
factfour produced a mobile responsive eCommerce solution to enable the purchase of chef prepared foods from a kitchen menu – as well as alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages and general grocery items – by camp residents.
The project required orders made from the kitchen to be printed instantly on an Ethernet enabled docket printer located in each camp kitchen. factfour developed a bespoke App to handle this process which could be configured to work with any future store. Alcohol licencing restrictions also required that products be made unavailable at certain times of the day.
